  • We’ve introduced a new feature in our Prop CRM that offers flexibility in managing trader challenge phases. This update enables both manual and automatic phase progression
  •  In the Prop section of our CRM system, we have introduced a new “General Configuration” tab, giving Brokers the flexibility to customize the reset time for the Daily Loss Limit
  • We’ve introduced a new feature that allows Brokers to modify the number of trading days directly from the Account Management tab in our Prop CRM. Along with this enhancement, we have updated the relevant endpoints to include the “tradingDays” value in the response for each account

September Release | 28-09-2023 #

Client Office:

  • When users decide to terminate their Social Trading subscription in the Match-Trader platform or the Client Office app, they are presented with two options: “Unfollow Only” and “Unfollow & Close Positions.” Choosing the former allows for the retention of all open positions, with the applicable incentive fee being charged. Selecting the latter option leads to the automatic closure of all positions when the subscription is terminated
  • We introduced a feature that allows for the modification of the amount allocated to an ongoing subscription in our Social Trading solution

CRM:

  • The import feature now lets users add accounts without setting up passwords, thanks to a new checkbox labelled “Create accounts without passwords.”
  • We introduced a new feature in the detailed account view: the “Log out from all devices” button. In emergencies, such as suspecting unauthorized access to an account, Brokers can swiftly change the trader’s password and end all active session
  • This September, we introduced an enhancement to the configuration of our multi-level IB system by adding the “Round commission up to 0.01” option. This feature enables the rounding up of zero-value commissions to $0.01

Client Office:

  • We have broadened the range of login options available in the Match-Trader platform and Client Office. Users can now register and log in using their Google accounts. Plus, those with existing accounts can log in with their Google credentials, which will be automatically linked to their existing profile
  • For payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Custom Bank Transfer, Online Payment, and Redirect Payment, we introduced a new field in the CRM: “QR code details.” Brokers can now input specific details, like a cryptocurrency wallet address or a dedicated payment page link. Once these details are in place, traders, upon selecting the relevant payment gateway, receive a QR code embedded with the information provided by the Broker
  • We added an intuitive, colour-coded indicator right below the trader’s email address within the Client Office’s top bar, making the account verification status clear:
    • Verified Users: green label
    • Verification in Progress: orange label
    • Verification Unsuccessful: red label
  • For payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Custom Bank Transfer, Redirect Payment, and Online Payment, there’s an option to set a ‘proof of payment’ field as mandatory 
  • We also introduced an update to our dedicated Partner Room within the Client Office: the ability to search by email 

CRM:

  • We added the “Lead Statuses” tab, where Brokers can:
    • Create and customize lead statuses according to their working style
    • Assign these statuses to specific stages in the Sales Dashboard
    • Maintain control over the default statuses, with options to edit, delete, or deactivate them
  • When a registration link for the Client Office or the Match-Trader platform includes a unique Account Manager ID, the client is seamlessly mapped to the corresponding manager as soon as they set up their trading account

  • Assigning a Group to leads during the importing process is no longer necessary. Instead, you can add the Offer and Branch details and decide whether you want to create trading accounts for these leads
  • From now on, our Forex CRM offers the option to assign users the MAILING_REPROCESS role, granting them access to the Actions → Mailing tab. This permission lets users view a history of emails sent to traders and resend emails when delivery issues arise
  • We improved the offer view in the CRM by adding columns showing whether certain options are enabled for a specific offer. The new options are:
    • Hidden: If checked, the offer is not visible in the registration form, when adding a new account after logging in, or on the MAM leaderboard.
    • Verification Required: To open a trading account on a given offer, the user must undergo verification.
    • MTR Pro: A comprehensive view of the Match-Trader platform, including an order book view.

March Release | 21-03-2023 #

  • In March, we added a new tab called “Investor Access” in the User Settings section. New functionality allows traders to create a view-only account. When creating an account, the system generates a random email address, and users can set their passwords
  • We have added the capability to copy values from the Login and Order ID columns in the Positions, Active Orders, Orders, Closed Trades, and Ledgers tabs io our Match-Trader Manager
  • The Match-Trader Manager has a new column, “Trade Duration”. It displays the duration of each transaction. The column will be hidden by default
  • We have added a new flag called “Fixed Leverage” to the instrument configuration in the group
  • We have added the capability to download and upload the configuration of instruments within a particular group through a CSV file

  • The Audit log tab has been updated with information regarding the following changes:
    • Branch name change – includes the old and new name
    • CPA Program configuration addition and removal

    • Role editing: permissions, name, do not show emails/phone numbers
    • Any field editing in Payment Gateways. The log should include the name of the edited field and the old and new values. If the API secret/key has been changed, we will only notify that the field value has changed without specifying the old and new value

  • Making crypto deposits more straightforward:
    • The name of the payment gateway that the trader is using is now in the header. It replaced information about the trading account to which the deposit is made;
    • The name of the token to be sent is now bolded;
    • The conversion information is now at the bottom of the window;
    • After copying the address, the status information – “Copied” appears in place of the address, which disappears after a while;
  • We updated the redirect payment method principle. The Deposit button redirects to the subsequent view. A “Pay now” button redirects users to the specified URL

Client Office:

  • TAP deposit integration. TAP is a provider that integrates many different payment methods and supporting cards, e.g. VISA or Mastercard
  • Greek, Hungarian, Romanian and Dutch languages in the Client Office

CRM:

  • Now, if a brokerage has more than one brand, it will be even better able to manage and distribute them from the CRM level. From now on, branches connect to domains. This means that it is possible to distinguish registration forms depending on the domain/branch
  • We added a new “Match-Trader Pro” checkbox in the Offers tab. Ticking it will enable showing the market depth of the instrument and orders tab to check precisely the opening and closing orders parameters for each position or trade
  • We added a new lead status, “Potential”, and a new sorting option to the entire lead base
  • We enabled the calculation of the IB commission for selected instruments. In our Forex CRM software, we added the “Set individual instruments” checkbox
  • In the Broker Analytics tab, the principle of calculating Net deposits has changed. After the change, it will be the difference between all net deposits and net withdrawals for requests with DONE status

October Release | 04-11-2022 #

Client Office:

  • In the Profiles tab, traders can preview the uploaded KYC file and decide if they want to send or cancel it. The file is shown together with its name. If it is a PDF, users can open it in a new browser tab
  • Depending on the settings (“Redirect” option), after creating the account, the user is redirected to the deposit view or to the KYC / Profile section. If the trading account has not been properly created, the user will be redirected to the general view

CRM:

  • We added the current statuses of clients to the Clients and Leads tabs in the CRM. Currently, active clients are marked with a green circle and non-logged-in ones with a red circle
  • In the Audit Log and System Log, we added the possibility to download the logs in CSV format
  • For the roles: Admin, Branch Admin, and other roles with access to CRM, the Trading Accounts tab appeared
  • In the Actions / Trading Accounts tab, the “Branch” column has been added. It shows the branch in which the trading account is located
  • Accounts with access to CRM (Admin, Branch Admin, flexible roles) are now listed in the new “CRM Users” table. It is available in the Configuration / Branches and Users tab
  • We changed the time in the Forex CRM to GMT+00. Historical (pre-update) records were not affected
  • We added the “Reset 2FA” button to the Accounts and Leads views
  • We unified the template used for uploading leads and clients into the CRM. In addition, in the client and lead import mode, the “Import as deposited client” button appeared
  • In the e-mail templates set for operations and mass mailing, we added two new variables. These are: 
    • ACCMGR_NAME – the name of the Account Manager assigned to the customer or lead to whom the e-mail is sent;
    • ACCMGR_SURNAME – the surname of the Account Manager assigned to the customer or lead to whom the e-mail is sent

  • Previous & Next Lead buttons added in Leads view. The new buttons allow Brokers or their team members to switch between leads while managing the lead base
